List of job Responsibilities:

1- General:

- Keep CA updated on the news of tax regulation and any regulation relating to business of the company.

- Working with Tax dept. & Custom on all matters relating to tax and tax settlement.

- Create any suggestion or ideas to save tax for the company.

2- WHT:

- Prepare Withholding Tax declaration in coordination with contract and payment made to overseas contractors and make sure transaction in line with local regulation.

- Make payment as per set schedule of regulation.

- Reconciliation of WHT with Hanoi Tax Dept.

3- CIT:

- Prepare CIT declaration as per regulation and settlement of CIT

- Make payment.

- Reconciliation and tax dept. and our accounts.

4- PIT:

- Follow up with Payroll section to get PIT calculation summary.

- Declaration as per regulation

- Making payment on time.

- Reconciliation with coordination of payroll accountant for annual settlement.

- Advise PIT regulation for employees

5- VAT:

- Prepare Monthly Export Report

- Prepare VAT declaration as per regulation.

- Follow and keep record for refund VAT.

- Reconciliation of VAT with Hanoi Tax Dept.

- Prepare Summary VAT report

- Make sure all invoices are in line with regulation.

7- Import Tax:

- Update changes of import tax rate.

- Check and counter sign on import tax declaration.

- Collect import VAT report paid monthly to Custom from AP section and reconcile with VAT input.

- Follow up and do procedure to claim import tax refund.

- Inform AP section upon receipt of refund decision for them to off set with import tax payment.

Qualifications (Essential) : Financial and Accounting University Degree

Computer Literacy : Microsoft office, Internet

Language Required: English

Duty ( Shift/General) : General

Specific Experience (in Years): 5 years in Tax

Personal Competencies: Analytical skill, strong communication, attention in detail, persuasive statement, good looking, deeply knowledge about Tax and Custom regulation
