1. Dealer Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Identify, approach, and onboard new online dealers to expand the distribution network.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing dealers, ensuring their needs are met and business goals are aligned.
2. Sales Performance & Growth
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales volume and revenue growth through dealer channels.
• Monitor and analyze dealer sales performance; identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Set sales targets and collaborate with dealers on actionable plans to achieve them.
3. Pricing & Promotion Management
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns; support dealer participation in online sales events, flash sales, and exclusive deals.
• Develop support for enhancing traffic (ads) for dealers base on dealer specific key models and events
4. Reporting & Competitor Tracking
• Prepare regular reports on dealer sales performance and provide actionable improvement plans.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in eCommerce or distribution channels.
• Strong understanding of online sales platforms and dealer/wholesale business models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple dealer accounts effectively.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
