Role & Responsibilities:
• Formulate Company’s strategic and execution to be in the line with HQ group business as
well as ensuring all business targets are achieved.
• Lead, monitor and control budgeting, expenses and resources planning to ensure
achievement of revenues & profits, operation targets, effective cost spendings, and
company’s KPIs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new sources, technologies, and best practices to enhance
mill performance while continuously improving production productivity and operational
efficiency to achieve Best-In-Class quality, cost, and delivery.
• Ensure all company’s premises, resources, machineries & equipment, IT
infrastructure/devices in all manufacturing locations are effectively utilized and properly
maintained.
• Control compliance with health, safety, quality, product, plant, and environment regulations.
Ensure all relevant laws and regulations are communicated and followed.
• Explore new business opportunity both in domestic and overseas. Also, prepare feasibility
study, business plan, investment planning, execution and control.
• Support and response marketing team in HQ to strengthen brand awareness, product
development, trade marketing & promotions to increase competiveness in the domestic
market.
• Oversee risk management & risk analysis to secure corporate’s objectives including
company’s finance covering CAPEX investment, cash flow, funding, exchange rate, and
raw materials hedging with HQ related functions.
• Build the organization to have strong people foundations of structure and skills & mindsets
to support for sustainable growth in both business and people development.
• Provide guidance, mentoring & coaching, and professional development opportunities in
enhancing people competencies & capabilities to ensure the team’s continuous growth and
success.
• Manage, develop and retain the talents and successors of key positions in the organization
according to company’s policies, guidelines, and ensure all relevant policies & procedures
are followed.
• Others duties assigned by superiors.
• Male or Female, age over 35 years is preferable
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 10 years working as senior management in paper (preferrable) or FMCG industry.
• Proven record in performance driven with background from factory-based; operation management in manufacturing covering production, maintenance, supply chain, productivity, safety, quality & environmental management, and require business acumen understanding.
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Computer Literacy.
• Good analytical, initiative, pro-active, self-motivated and self-starter.
• Good Interpersonal, negotiation, planning, and management skills.
• Strong team player, collaboration, communication, and listening skills.
• Leader, problem-solving skills, coaching, and training skills.
• Able to travel for business trip.
• Good command of English, Thai is preferable.
