1. Market Intelligence/Expansion

- Assess market potential, to develop appropriate market development orientations and policies for the current and future periods.

- Monitor, learn, analyze, and research the Sport & Lifestyle export potential market developments.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats

- Develop and implement export sales strategies to penetrate and expand the company's presence in potential international markets.

- New partners development.


2. Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, key accounts & understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Negotiate and reinforce the trade terms & ensure partners compliance with trade agreements.


3. Sales Target Achievement

- The establishment of a business strategy, make plan and execute to achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the organization.


Yêu cầu công việc

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Fashion/ Sport/ Golf Industry, especially experience related to market development in Vietnam

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent in English full skill.

- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

- Strong at brand management, consumer understanding and creativity.

- Presentation, analytical, management and negotiation skills.

- Willingness and ability to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
